CHEM-100-LFC is a solvent-less, two-component epoxy coating system, designed for low-temperature applications. It exhibits very good appearance and physical properties. This system has the advantage of being fast curing at low temperature. It exhibits high mechanical strength and good resistance to organic acids.

The CHEM 1000 WT is a two-component (1:1)
polyaspartic floor coating system which has an
indistinct odor. The CHEM 1000 WT is used as a base
coat (colored) and a clear top coat using a common
hardener. High solids versions (80 et 90) are available
as well as a prolonged working time version (WT). It
provides a quick turnaround with very rapid curing
time (tack free of approx.60-80 minutes) under normal
conditions allowing the installation of a flooring
system in a single day. The product displays excellent
curing capability at very low temperature levels. This
product offers superior mechanical and chemical
properties and is low maintenance. It also displays a
superior aesthetic finish and excellent UV stability.
We recommend the utilization of the CHEMTEC vinyl
chips in combination with CHEM 1000 WT products.
Two- or three-coat systems can be considered (ask a
CHEMTEC representative for additional details).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CHEM-CRAFTTM Epoxy Casting Resin is a two component, 100% solids,
0 VOC, Cycloaliphatic Casting Resin. The product is crystal clear resin and displays an excellent resistance to UV irradiation (excellent color retention over time). Its chemistry provides excellent bonding characteristics and longer working time. CHEM-CRAFTTM can be poured at thick levels (up to 2 inches in a single pour for regular application areas) while keeping a crystal-clear look. It has been formulated for casting applications.
This product can also be applied to chemical applications to prevent them from shrinking. It has excellent air release properties with great color retention abilities. Its excellent impact resistance capabilities is evidence of its superior mechanical properties. For best results, leave the product at room temperature for a week.
*When receiving the product in the winter leave it at room temperature for a week to recover its original viscosity.
